Hey, it’s Bog.
I recently noticed a strange thing that stops me from being lazy and motivates me to take action (like to write this email).
It’s watching YouTube.
Wait, wait, wait, hold on, let me explain.
Out of all the things I could have said. No meditation? No reading? No cold plunges? No waking up at 5 am? Why watching YouTube?
It’s not watching any type of video. It’s watching someone be super good at what they do.
For some reason, whenever I find a video of someone just being good at their craft, it motivates me to go be good at something myself.
Like this video from Polyfjord of him building a spaceship in Blender.
He’s just GOOD at Blender. And while watching this video, I just couldn’t help but pause it and go do work.
Or this video from Neal Wu of him winning Google Kickstart. I have no clue what he’s doing in the video, but goddamn, the typing speed, the way he moves around his code, and his OS. Just makes me want to go and work.
Sometimes it doesn’t have to be a video of someone being good at something but just a well-edited video. The more videos I edit the more I notice when other videos are well edited (not in terms of fancy effects but in terms of understanding what to leave out or when to cut). That motivates me to make better videos.
This random video from David Dobrik was exactly that. I don’t usually watch any of his stuff, but for some reason, YouTube recommended it, and when I clicked, I just couldn’t help but notice how well the editor did his job. And I immediately paused it and opened up Premiere Pro to finish editing the thing that I’ll tell you about at the bottom of this email.
I don’t know if this will work for you, but when you’re feeling lazy, you could try looking up a video of someone being good at what they do. Seeing them be good at their craft might just give you the motivation you need to take action on whatever you’ve been procrastinating on.

Here's your niche 🧪
On my journey to over 200,000 subscribers, I've had hundreds of people tell me that they dream of starting a YouTube channel, but they can't figure out what to make videos about.
If that’s you I want to give you YOUR niche on a silver platter, so you can finally start working on your dream.
Most people get stuck thinking of how "saturated" YouTube is and how "they have nothing new to offer," and they never start.
Which means that they'll never make $10,000/mo from YouTube.
They might never have an extra income stream.
Or be able to work from anywhere they want.
Wake up whenever they want.
Choose when not to work.
Or be able to quit their job to have more time to do what they love.
That's why I spent the last 2 months creating a training program so you can get a definitive answer to these two questions:
1. What's your niche?
2. What's the topic of your next video?
And you won't have to spend thousands of dollars. In fact, it's free. So you can find out your niche and start creating videos right now!
Click the link below and you'll have access to it:

You may be wondering why I would give this training to you for free. The reason is because I know that after you figure out your niche and make your first few successful videos, you'll get addicted. You'll want to know how to do it consistently to take your channel to the next level. And since I'll have solved what's holding you back right now, you'll most likely trust me to help you further with my paid products (like my 1 Hour YouTuber course).
There are no email sign-ups or accounts that you need to create to take this training. In fact, if you figure out your niche sooner, you can close the page and never hear from me again.
So click on the button below to get an answer to these two questions: 1. What's your niche? and 2. What's the topic of your next video?
P.S. Your feedback means a lot me. I’d love to hear what you think about this training. Please reply to this email (or any email that I send you) with you thoughts. It would help out a lot.
Thanks for reading 👋!
God I love Bog and everything he does. Singlehandedly improved my life in various ways. Godspeed
